Booking & Cancellation
Liaison Avenue 21 coordinates individually tailored arrangements with a considered circle of hotels, airlines, yacht operators, venues, and other partners. The specific terms for each engagement including deposits, payment schedules, changes, and cancellations – are set out in your proposal or service agreement and will prevail should there be any difference with the outline below.
Deposits & Payments
Some arrangements require deposits or advance payment to secure availability. Any such amounts, including non refundable elements, will be clearly stated in your agreement or booking confirmation. If payments are not received by the agreed dates, services may be released, and the relevant supplier or agency charges may apply.
Amendments
Where possible, we will accommodate reasonable adjustments to dates, guests, or service details, subject to availability and the terms of our partners. Any additional costs, fees, or fare or tariff differences will be shared with you in advance wherever practicable.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation conditions, including any fees and timelines, will be specified in your agreement or booking documentation. Many arrangements, especially those over peak periods, with limited inventory, or involving private charters – may carry strict or non-refundable terms. In the case of a late cancellation or noshow, charges from suppliers or agencies may extend up to 100% of the booking value.
Third-Party Terms
Where services are delivered by third-party providers (for example, airlines, hotels, villas, yachts, transfer companies, or event venues), their terms and conditions, including those relating to cancellations, amendments, refunds, and force majeure apply alongside those of Liaison Avenue 21. We will highlight key conditions at the time of booking and can assist in liaising with suppliers, though any decisions regarding refunds or waivers rest with them.
Events Beyond Control
In situations beyond the reasonable control of Liaison Avenue 21 or its suppliers – such as natural events, public health measures, political developments, or air traffic disruption services may need to be adjusted, postponed, or cancelled. In such instances, any remedies, credits, or refunds will follow the applicable supplier terms, and we will support you in exploring the options available.

We maintain a zero-tolerance position toward bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, or any form of improper influence, whether direct or indirect, and whether undertaken by our team, our representatives, or our suppliers.
